With new homes ranging from 1,200 to 1,600 square feet and arriving weekly, this is the perfect time to select your model and your desired location within the community. This property is being developed with professionally landscaped grounds, a fitness center, a clubhouse, maintenance-free homes (snow removal and lawn care included with lot rent), and is occupied by friendly and respectful neighbors. This is a great community for active adult residents and retirees to enjoy the life they have worked hard to build. We have an on-site professional manager to guide you through the process and serve you during your residency. Shepherd’s Meadows Active Adult Community is a great place to call home.
